DC COLLINS WEEKDAYS 10-3

He may be a Yankees Fan...but he's still a lot of fun!  Join DC each weekday right after The Morning KIXXstart.  DC will help you make it through your workday by playing the Valley's Best Country, keeping you up to date with local happenings, the latest on your favorite country artist's and much more!

Plus each day at noon you can join DC for the High Five at High Noon.  He'll pick a year and countdown the top five songs on the chart this day in that year while giving you some fun facts about the year as he counts them down.

If there is a year you want DC to highlight or if you just want to give him a hard time for his taste in baseball teams,
email DC.

DC'S BIO -

When you can hear me:  Weekdays after "The Morning Kickstart with Traci and Paul" (around 10:00 A.M. or so til 3:00 P.M.
(And Saturdays for drinking money.)

About me:
Born and raised for 27 years in "The City of Brotherly Love"  Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. "Provolone, WIT, Please" on my cheesesteak.  and no it's not a sub, it's a HOAGIE!

Go figure, all my life living in Philly, but I'm ONLY a die-hard Flyers fan.  The orange and black attack!  I love my Yankees and New York Jets.  Very tough to do with Boston/New England fans up here, but o.k., congrats Red Sox fans.

I am currently single. . ."no rings, no kids" and i am accepting applications ladies.

My first job in radio was on 9-9-99 at a lil' local 1,000 watt AM radio station.  1490-WBCB Levittown, PA.  MY second day on the job, the board operator went home sick, so i had to play the commercials during a Cubs/Phillies game. Hmmm,  for some reason the crowd was VERY quiet that day, or maybe it was just dead-air because i had no idea what i was doing.

I moved up to Lebanon, N.H.  about a year ago and now consider myself an "Adopted Flatlander."

If and when i do have a few free moments, i love to enjoy a cold pint at Salt Hill Pub on the mall in Lebanon where I go by the alias of "Philly Dave" on Sundays.  If i have about 5 hours of free time, i love a drive to Lake Champlain and Grand Isle, VT.  It is still a vacation spot for myself and my family.

My parents are high school sweethearts and have been married for "33 WONDERFUL Years".  i have a younger sister who is studying to be a physcologist, but will not give family discounts.

On TV, I've got a satellite dish that gets 650 channels, but i have no idea how to use it yet.

My shows are:
"Weeds" on Showtime
"Surviorman" on The Discovery Channel
"Family Guy" on FOX
"Amazing Race" on CBS.
I'm always up for a game as long as it's competitive.

Want to find out more or just be my friend?  Check me out on Myspace. . .

By the way ladies i'm in the kitchen.  i rock when it comes to steak, or chicken parmagana.  Paul from The Morning KIXXstart has the upper hand on lasagne though.

Thanks for listening to The Valley's Best Country Kixx 100.5!
